Terms and Conditions
AI Agent is a decentralized, self-hosted client-side browser extension. You are the sole custodian of your funds, secret recovery phrases, and private keys. We do not store your credentials, we cannot reset your passwords, and we cannot reverse or halt immutable blockchain transactions. Please read these terms carefully before creating or importing a wallet.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By installing, downloading, adding to Google Chrome, or accessing the AI Agent extension ("the Software"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with AI Agent Technologies ("we", "us", or "our").
- You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You warrant that using cryptographic digital assets and decentralized software does not violate applicable local regulations, economic sanctions, or export controls in your territory.
- If you do not agree to these terms in full, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue all use of the Software.
2. Absolute Self-Custody & Key Responsibility
AI Agent provides an interface to generate, sign, and broadcast cryptographic transactions. At no point does AI Agent Technologies hold custody of your digital assets:
When creating a wallet, a 12 or 24-word recovery phrase is generated locally. You are solely responsible for writing down and securely storing this phrase offline. If you lose your recovery phrase and your device is damaged or lost, your funds are permanently unrecoverable.
Your password encrypts the local vault using AES-GCM 256-bit cryptography. There is no "forgot password" mechanism on our side. Without your password or recovery phrase, no party can decrypt your local vault.
3. Virtual Visa Debit Card Services & BIN Activation
The reloadable Virtual Visa Card features integrated within AI Agent are subject to the following operating conditions:
- Banking Switch Activation Period: In compliance with international PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards, anti-fraud rules, and institutional BIN assignment by issuing partner banks, each newly requested digital card undergoes a mandatory validation window of 24 to 72 business hours before full card numbers, CVV, and contactless tokenization are unveiled.
- Immediate Balance Credit: Any cryptocurrency top-ups executed in USD (via USDT, ETH, BNB, or BTC) are credited to your active card account balance upon on-chain block confirmation.
- Merchant Acceptance: Virtual cards are compatible with point-of-sale spending via Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and international online merchants accepting Visa Debit. AI Agent is not liable for merchant-specific regional merchant category code (MCC) declines.
- Cardholder Name Customization: Names set by users within the app are strictly for user interface personalization and must not impersonate other individuals or entities.
4. AI Copilot Disclaimer: No Financial or Investment Advice
The AI Copilot integrated into AI Agent utilizes algorithmic market context (CoinGecko feeds, Fear & Greed sentiment indexes, and mempool gas estimates) as well as optional third-party language models:
- All outputs, responses, risk grades, and contract audit scores are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
- Nothing generated by the AI Agent Copilot constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
- Cryptocurrency assets are inherently volatile. You assume full risk and responsibility for all trading, swapping, and investment decisions made while using the Software.
5. Smart Contract Auditor & Gas Tracker Accuracy
The built-in Contract Security Auditor inspects deployed bytecode opcodes (e.g. self-destruct instructions, minting logic, fee modifications, ownership structures). While designed to flag known honeypot patterns, automated audits do not guarantee that a contract is 100% bug-free or safe from novel exploits.
Gas tracker fee estimations (EIP-1559) represent estimates based on recent block header data. Blockchain network conditions can surge unpredictably, and AI Agent is not responsible for slippage or delayed transactions resulting from miner fee fluctuations.
6. DEX Routing & On-Chain Transactions
Token swaps initiated via AI Agent route through third-party decentralized protocols such as Uniswap V3 and PancakeSwap V3:
- We do not control decentralized liquidity pools, token liquidity, or automated market makers (AMMs).
- All blockchain transactions are final and immutable once confirmed by consensus nodes. Transactions cannot be cancelled, reversed, or charged back.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Software to:
- Violate any applicable international, national, or local laws or regulations.
- Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, illicit darknet market purchases, or sanctions evasion.
- Deploy, interact with, or promote malicious smart contracts, phishing campaigns, or fraudulent token honeypots.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or compromise the extension's cryptographic sandboxing.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AI AGENT TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AI AGENT TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, VALUE OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM PROTOCOL FORKS, NETWORK CONGESTION, HARDWARE MALFUNCTION, OR USER COMPROMISE OF RECOVERY PHRASES.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect new software features, regulatory standards, or browser API updates. The latest version will always be published on this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
